We rented one of a unit at 180 Bridgeport manage by the Braden equities Inc. back in 2023. During our stay we were so thankful to the residence manager Ma’am Debbie as she was so very helpful every time we have a concern in our apartment. She responded with a very good manner and professionalism. When we were about to move out she came and visit us just to give us some piece of advised on what has to be done before leaving. And now we own one unit at the same Braden Equities properly, we are so grateful that she still the same residence manager. Wishing her more successful in life.

I’ve been a resident at Bridgeport Village managed by Braden Equities Inc., and I want to take a moment to appreciate Debbie, our Resident Manager. Debbie has been nothing short of amazing — not only professional but truly caring. There was a time when my unit had a flood late at night, and Debbie came over immediately to help, making sure everything was handled properly and that I was okay. She has always gone above and beyond, whether it’s addressing maintenance concerns quickly or simply greeting residents with a warm smile. Debbie isn’t just a great resident manager — she’s a genuinely kind and supportive human being. Bridgeport Village is lucky to have someone like her managing the property.

I’ve been living with my family in the Berolina apartments since 2023, and I’d like to share my great experience. The building is always clean and well taken care of. Whenever any issue comes up, our property manager responds quickly and with care. Magda is truly a wonderful person — kind, professional, and always ready to help. I’m giving the highest rating because understanding and support mean a lot to me, and here I really feel it.

Valdrin was very professional, punctual, attentive. He booked the viewing around my work schedule, confirmed appointment. answered all questions. Provided me with a list of documents required. Confirmed walk thru in advance. Was a pleasure working with him. Friendly, always smiling and courteous.

I recently moved in, and I have to say the place is very quiet, peaceful, and clean. I feel safe and truly love my apartment. I also really appreciate the resident manager, Gordon. He was very helpful during the move-in process and is an awesome person.

I recently moved into my new apartment, and worked with Simone the building manager during the process. I really appreciated how quickly she helped fast-track my application and made sure everything was completed without any delays. Her communication was clear, and she kept me updated on what was needed, which made the move-in much smoother. Overall, Simone was very helpful, responsive, and clearly made an effort to get things done for me. I’m grateful for her support, and I’m settling in well. My family and I just moved into the Fernwood Apartments ran by Bahrije Berisha. She has been wonderful to deal with throughout the process of applying and moving in! As with any new rental there are some small issues we have had so far but she responds instantly and is quick to find a solution. I can't express enough how appreciative I am with her kindness and understanding. Highly recommend Braden Inquiries and especially Bahrije with obtaining a new home!
