Braden Equities Inc. is looking for an energetic individual or couples to join our team. We are looking for Resident Managers for the following areas:
- Edmonton and surrounding area
- Spruce Grove
- Fort Saskatchewan
- Leduc
The successful candidate will be fluent in English and some properties do require you to live on site.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, rent collection, suites rentals, cleaning/preparing suites for new incoming tenants, cleaning of property, minor maintenance and all related paperwork.
