For Braden, property management has never been just a career—it has been a lifelong passion shaped by experience and dedication. His connection to the industry began at the age of eight through his family’s involvement in property ownership and management. Growing up immersed in the business, he developed an early appreciation for the importance of caring for properties while building strong relationships with clients.

Braden’s professional journey with Braden Equities Inc. began at the age of 16, when he started working part-time in the business while developing his passion and understanding of the property management industry. In 2006, he transitioned into a full-time role and dedicated himself to learning every aspect of the company, gaining hands-on experience in property management, operations, leadership, and business development. Working through each area of the business gave him a unique perspective and a deep understanding of how every role contributes to delivering exceptional service. In 2016, Braden became part owner of Braden Equities Inc. and took on the responsibility of managing the company full-time, continuing to build on his family’s legacy while leading the organization toward continued growth and success.

Committed to continuous growth and professional development, Braden earned his Business Management degree from the University of Concordia while actively working in the business. In September 2019, he obtained his Broker’s Licence, becoming one of the youngest licensed Brokers in Alberta—an accomplishment that reflects his determination, discipline, and passion for real estate.

Braden believes that great property management is built on integrity, accountability, and genuine relationships. As an avid learner and natural innovator, he continually seeks opportunities to improve through leadership development, business education, and real estate research. He is passionate about fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and professional growth, encouraging his team to embrace new ideas and strive for excellence.

Now, as sole Owner and Broker, Braden provides strategic leadership, expert guidance to clients, and direction for the company’s long-term vision. Known for his integrity, strong work ethic, and approachable leadership style, he remains actively involved with his team and works closely with employees across the organization to ensure Braden Equities Inc. continues to deliver exceptional service and uphold its reputation as a trusted leader in property management throughout Alberta.

Accurate, conscientious, appreciative, and strict, Anatoliy has a firm, unrelenting grasp of how accounting impacts a business. Valuing correctness and clarity, he supervises the accounting team and works tirelessly to ensure their work is timely and accurate. His time management, attention to detail, and strategic thinking, together with his genuine concern for the company's well-being and success make him and essential member of the Braden Equities Inc team. In 2009, he joined the team at an entry level accounting position, was quickly recognized for his diligence and trustworthiness, eventually becoming our accounting manager. Anatoliy has an extensive education toward his CGA supporting his exceptional accounting skills.

Dubbed a "people whisperer," Denise is a gifted communicator whose penchant for decelerating intense situations stems from her empathetic nature. In 1996, Denise discovered that the property management industry offered welcome challenges and uniquely utilized her skill set. After being recommended as a resident manager at Braden Equities, the team noticed Denise's incredible work ethic, her knack for remembering names and numbers, her time management skills, and her creative problem-solving and recruited her to join the office team. Working through the ranks, Denise has worked in nearly every position at Braden Equities, which led to her role at office manager in 2011. She has a deep understanding and appreciation for how every team member contributes and collaborates toward success.

Nadejda Potinga is a highly accomplished senior property manager with a wealth of expertise in managing large-scale projects and establishing successful relationships with developers. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Nadejda plays a vital role in the success of Braden Equities Inc.

Nadejda joined Braden Equities Inc. in 2013 and has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills and professionalism throughout her tenure. She is known for her remarkable organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of property management is handled with the utmost care and precision. In addition to her expertise in property management, Nadejda holds both residential and condominium licenses from the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). This comprehensive licensing background equips her with a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory aspects involved in managing properties, further enhancing her ability to provide top-notch service to clients and stakeholders.

Before transitioning into property management, Nadejda gained valuable on-site experience, enabling her to comprehend the intricacies of property operations from the ground up. This hands-on knowledge has proven invaluable in her current role, allowing her to effectively address the unique challenges that arise in managing diverse portfolios. Beyond her property management expertise, Nadejda holds a law degree, which complements her skill set and provides her with a comprehensive understanding of legal principles and their application within the real estate industry. This background enables her to navigate complex legal matters and offer strategic guidance to clients, ensuring their interests are protected.

Cindy is an accomplished Property Manager at Braden Equities Inc., a leading property management company. With a diverse background and extensive experience in the field, Cindy brings a unique set of skills and expertise to her role. Originally from Colombia, Cindy immigrated to Canada and embarked on a successful entrepreneurial journey alongside her husband. For 12 years, they owned and operated a thriving cleaning company, where Cindy developed a deep understanding of the importance of attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and effective management practices. After being with Braden Equities Inc. for the past 5 years, Cindy has excelled as a manager in various locations.

Her hands-on experience in managing properties and working closely with tenants has given her valuable insights into the challenges and intricacies of the property management industry.

Driven by her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, Cindy continuously strives to exceed expectations. She is known for her ability to tackle challenging situations head-on and find innovative solutions. Her attention to detail and meticulous approach ensures that properties under her care are well-maintained, operating efficiently, and delivering maximum value to owners and tenants alike. As a member of Braden Equities Inc.'s head office team, Cindy is excited to leverage her extensive experience, business acumen, and passion for property management to drive success and support the company's growth.

With over seven years of experience in property management, Zalak has developed a strong track record overseeing a portfolio of more than 700 units. Beginning her career as a Property Administrator in 2018, Zalak has steadily progressed in the field, later relocating to Alberta and obtaining a condominium management license. Her expertise includes budgeting, financial reporting, operational oversight, and collaborating with boards, owners, and tenants to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Zalak is known for being highly organized, reliable, and composed under pressure, with a strong ability to multitask while maintaining high professional standards. She is responsive, proactive, and skilled at building strong relationships, consistently working to create positive experiences for the communities they manage. While excelling in many areas, Zalak continues to focus on strengthening delegation skills to further enhance leadership capabilities.

Guided by the principle of leaving things better than they found them, Zalak values being someone others can depend on. Integrity, accountability, and clear communication are central to her professional approach.

Outside of work, Zalak enjoys long walks, cooking for family, and listening to music. She is passionate about personal development and regularly engages with content focused on work ethic and productivity. Zalak values quality time with family and friends and enjoys exploring the outdoors and discovering new places. Looking ahead, Zalak's goals include managing a larger portfolio, improving systems and operational efficiency, and transitioning into a leadership role.
