I’ve lived at Madison Arms in Leduc since May 2024. The application process was simple, and Debbie, the resident manager, has been great to work with. She is friendly, approachable, and responsive, always making sure both tenants and the property are taken care of. Any concerns or issues are addressed quickly and fairly, and I appreciate that she balances being understanding with keeping the building respectful for everyone. Living here under Braden Equities’ management has been a positive experience overall.
