About Braden
Braden’s lived and breathed property management his entire life. Interested and engaged in property management from even a young age, Braden has worked in nearly every aspect of the business since 2006 from managing properties to managing the entire Braden Equities Inc team. Braden’s perseverance and tenacity are incomparable: after earning his bachelor’s degree in business management and his broker’s license, all while working at Braden Equities Inc, he worked his way up, learning how each role contributes to the business, and earning his position as President and Associate Broker.
An avid learner and innate innovator, Braden continually strives to improve – he reads biographies, professional development books, and real estate literature – setting goals and working to achieve them. Forthright, passionate, and driven, his genuine desire to do the best possible job pushes Braden to excel. He is a leader people know they can rely on, a leader whose respect for ethics and relationships make him both dedicated and approachable. Today, he oversees the entire team and works closely with property managers, our office manager, and our accounting manager.
